Subject: Art Show Presentation.       Speaker: The Art Show Committee.
Sponsors have been invited to attend as well as recipients of the funds raised; the Rainbow riders, Disabled Surfers and Cottage by the Sea.

Subject: Raffle Ticket selling at the Caravan Parks.     
Please meet your designated team leader at the designated time and place as previously sent to you  by Gary Golding. These details will be confirmed at the next meeting.
Following the events at the caravan parks, John and Nan Calnin will be providing the usual B.B.Q. fare at their home.   
Birthday and Anniversaries: Dick Clay, John Eyles, Alex Magee. 

The Meeting of December 13th.
Induction: President Margaret presented Graeme Chamberlain to the Club as our newest member, and introduced his wife Sandy. They have four children, John, Luke, Tim and Stephanie. Graeme was previously a member of R.I. Nathalia Club for 11 years. His classification is Caravan Park Manager. He will join the Youth/New generations Committee.
Guests: Two students from Thailand, Miki and Anne who have been at the Eaglehawk Club this year were introduced. They were hosted by the Fletts,Greers and Campbells for their week at the seaside. Each student was presented with a gift from the Club.
              Bree Anne Chamley was also welcomed. She was the face of the Multiple Sclerosis Society at the Mega Swim.
Reports: Shirley Dodgshun is rehabilitating in the Mackellar Centre after suffering a stroke. The sincere good wishes for a successful recovery are extended to her from the Club.
- Norm Elliot was welcomed back. He says he is O.K.
- Phil Edwards is also progressing well after some surgery.
- A Certificate of Appreciation from Barwon Health was received  for our donation to Bronte's Ball.
- There have been lots of letters of appreciation about the Christmas Dinner from the Senior Citizens.
- There has also been a Certificate of  Appreciation  from the Multiple Sclerosis Society for our effort of $21,000.00 + From the Mega Swim. The organizing group, the participants and their supporters should feel very proud of their efforts!
- Raffle (Car).. Noel Emselle needs sellers for 30/12/11. Please see Noel.
- Lookout Reserve. Noel also needs a volunteer to check on the upkeep for the Friday nights in January. Please see Noel for details.

Entertainment: Bree Anne Chamley played and sang several of her excellent items from her CD. She wrote the songs herself and their composition showed considerable skill. The CD is for sale at $25.00. See Trevor McArdle.
