Announcements:

Treasurer: Subs are due please. $230.00.

Secretary: See Pearl if you want a 2018/19-theme badge.

Publicity:The use of Facebook has improved especially since several members have done a tutorial.

Health: Bob Osbourne is having rehabilitation at Epworth Hospital.

Membership: There will be another membership drive in August.

Community: The new information plaques are in place and look very smart.

Footy Tipping: Our esteemed President leads both areas of the competition this week. Presidential power must have some magic!

Program: Janet would welcome speakers for the weekly meetings.

Club Assembly Reports:

Community: Noel Emselle
There will be a new master plan and some funding for improvements and maintenance of the Lookout Reserve. The Club may assist with the installation and tables at the Nature Reserve. There will be ongoing planting programs. Members are manning the gates at the district footy finals again. 
DIK support will continue. Perhaps the sculpture will reappear this year!

Vocational Service: Lynne Carlson
Awards in various areas of business and work will be given again this year. 
Visits to workplaces are in the planning stages.

Youth: Judy Greer
The various awards given to Primary and Secondary school children will continue. 
Youth Exchange is under review and consideration within the next six months.
The applicant for the National Youth Science School held in Canberra will be supported by the Club.
Funding for RYPEN and RYLA will be reserved.

International: Rod Greer
The Solmaid program will continue. 
The Club will support the Shelter Box Program.
Romac and Interplast programs will also be considered. 
Contact with the German Club RI Solsgittenwulfenbutel will be maintained. 
Playground equipment will be relocated. 
There will be further investigation projects in Africa and Timor L’Este to ensure money is being spent properly.
