To All Members of the Rotary Club of Ocean Grove And Their Partners,
The devastation caused by the tsunami in the Indian Ocean is cataclysmic. The heart-rending scenes presented on the evening news demand our immediate assistance. To this end I have asked a number of Rotarians to help me organise cash collections in various locations for the Tsunami Relief Appeal. When you are contacted by one of our organizers please make yourself available to help at some point.
We are very lucky to live in an area where seismic waves are rare and minor but it is our responsibility to help those less fortunate. I know, that in keeping with the traditions of this club, you will all help where and when you can and for that, I thank you.
