Report: The meeting consisted of a 'Club Forum'.
Each table was asked to present problems and opportunities that they considered worth raising & reviewing.
Subjects ranged from support of Rotary Foundation, seating rosters, annual car raffle, sponsorship, overseas projects, the summer market site and more dinners to include partner.
Watch this space for progress on above after Board consideration!

Bookings for the events on Saturday at our conference will be requested soon. Either the Blues Train or the Ferry. Expected cost $90.
Ann Hodgkinson reported that Margaret Nitz's application for attendance at 'National Youth Science Forum' has been forwarded to District.
Queenscliff Rotary Club is holding a Christmas in July function on 27/28th at Suma Park at 12.00 for 12.30. Cost $35 per head
The Lions Club is holding a Quiz night on 18th July @ $10 per head.
Also on the 18th a play "6 degree of Diabetes" will be presented at Deakin.

There is a free Health Seminar to be held on 25th July at 6.30 for 7.00 pm.
Torquay Rotary Club meeting on Wednesday 18th July will have a presentation on 'Organ Donation'. Peter Hawthorne has room in his car for any members wishing to attend.
Ann Geerings is organizing an outing to Inverleigh on 13th July. Morning tea will be at the Red Door Café and Lunch will be at The Inverleigh Hotel. Bring your walking shoes, as the entertainment will be a walk around the town and viewing the lovely countryside. The departure time is 9.30 a.m. Please let Ann Magee know if you are attending.
