Report of meeting 24/2/2015

Reports: Invoices for meals will be sent to those members who have not apologized.
The course for Responsible Bar Service is being held from 9am – 1.30pm on 7/3. There are four members interested in attending.
Market: March 1st
The District Conference will be at Maryborough from 20th to 22nd March. Contact Gordon immediately if you intend going,
Polio Plus. "Ride the Bellarine" will be held on 19th April. Entries are being received. Fifteen volunteers are needed to do as they are requested on 18/4/2015 in the afternoon and on 19/2/2015 in the morning. Please see John Paton.
Community: Plans are underway to reinstall the fountain in the front of the Leisure center.
Footy Tipping is on again. See Alex Magee.
Red Cross calling: This will be on the evening of 3/3/2015 commencing at 5.00pm. Please see Peter Hawthorne if able to help. There may be some extra help from the cyclists.
Art Show. John Calnin read out the members of the committee and indicated that Rod Birrell, Hans Franken and Leone Clay have been seconded for particular roles. Marion Coppins-King has agreed to be the Patron.
Social Meeting 24/2/2015
I understand the gathering though not great in number thoroughly enjoyed themselves renewing the fun they had playing the games of long ago.
Thank you to John Calnin for organizing a successful deviation from the normal.
