President:
·      Judy Greer will attend the Rotary Leaders Institute on 8th August. Other members may apply to attend. Venues include Ballarat, Portland, Warrnambool and Horsham.
·      Gil and Eng Ho have opened up a Public Relations Facebook page.
·      Details of membership application requirements are now available on our website as well as the outline of mentoring duties.
·      A Photographic Exhibition is to be staged by the local View Club probably in conjunction with the Rotary Club.
·      DG Elect, Jane Cox will pay us her official visit on 8th September.
Market: Please read the Roster for the Market on 7/7/2015 and fill in the blank spaces for jobs. Thanks.
N.B. A new organizer will be needed for future Summer Markets!! So please step up if you can take on this very important task.
Program Chairman: This year Margaret Campbell and Geoff Chandler will fill this very important position.
·      Rotary Club of Drysdale change over dinner Monday 29th June 6 for 6.30 pm at Clifton Springs Golf Club. Contact JP.
Foundation: Gordon suggested that if any Rotarian has any spare cash before the end of the Financial Year, a donation to the Foundation could be considered. All donations are tax deductible. Our Club has 18 Centurians this year. Judy Greer has plenty of boxes for your Foundation donations again this year…$2.00 per week.
Secretary: All members are reminded to register for our Changeover dinner on 30th June at the Bowling Club.
Footy Tipping: Alex Magee reported that Geoff Chandler leads the Footy Tipping, but Rod Greer won this week.
Social: John Calnin thanked all the people who had offered and assisted Alison to and fro to The Andrew love Centre during her treatment.
Geoff and Jan Chandler spent three days with a Rotary Exchange Student they had hosted while in Shepparton while on holidays in Alaska reminding us of the special times that come from being involved in the Exchange Student Program.
Coral Barker has had an invitation to attend a past exchange student, Matt Gerber's wedding in the USA.
Community: - Football finals gate duty will be needed at the St Albans Football ground on 22/23 and 29/30 August and 5th and 12th September. Peter Cullen will organize this.

Guest Speakers:
Rotarians Rod Greer and Rod Bush spoke about their recent holidays. Rod G told members about the recovery in Christchurch, New Zealand since the earthquakes and Rod B spoke about his and Patsy's two-month adventures in Europe.
