Chair: John Calnin, Master of Ceremonies for the Variety Concert. Rod Bush ran a film during drinks, dinner was served and then nine acts commenced for the concert.

Act 1: Geoff and Jan Chandler, a return performance by these internationally renowned performers in which they managed to have a dig at almost everyone in the club, but with class.

Act 2: Norm Elliott told the story of 'Bears in the Grampians' regarding a male coming of age ritual in remote rural Victoria where he grew up.

Act 3: James Ricchini, Italian virtuoso musician on the piano accordion, a bit hesitant at the start but then couldn't stop him.

Act 4: Coral Barker recited the poem ' The Day I Shot the Telly', a memoir from the 60s.

Act 5: Several movie skits, Produced, Directed and Script adaptation by Marg Campbell, Director of Photography and Special Effects by Rod Bush, Actors: Ann Hodgkinson, Pearl MacMillan, Nicole Rappel, and Lynne Carlson, supported by various children.

Act 6: Alex McGee told two jokes insulting the Irish and the Collingwood Football Club (again).

Act 7: Richard Grimmett sang Michael Buble, a self-professed star of his own lounge room.

Act 8: Rod Greer recited an offering by the world famous bush poet, ANON.

Act 9: Finale by Wilma Andrews who sang a Scots ballad written by a German bagpipe player.

It was a really good night and all acts were top class. Thanks were given to Rod Bush for preparing the souvenir program sheet, to John Calnin for organising the night and finding all this hidden talent, to the Bowling Club for the excellent meal and to all partners who to provide support.
