Bulletin for the meeting held at the Ocean Grove Hotel on Tuesday November 16, 2004

Safeway luncheon BBQ – A current priority is our commitment to the Safeway luncheon BBQ for staff on Saturday 20th Nov., from 11AM until 2PM. We have borrowed the Fire Brigade BBQ unit, but manpower is required.
The Guest speaker was excellent- a cartographer – Paul Bazaliki. Paul spoke about the difference between Artistic and Technical Cartography and the advancements that have come about due to digital technology. Paul also said however that Cook was one of the worlds best cartographers, hydrographers and navigators.
Geoff Brentnall announced that the board has approved the ‘Do you know your Ocean Grove Trader’ initiative and advertisements will appear from this Thursday in the local papers.
