Meeting Report
The Annual Handover Dinner was held at the Barwon Heads Golf Club on July 5th with 78 people in attendance.
Outgoing President Timothy Kemp welcomed members, partners and guests including Ms Lisa Neville, MLA; Don and Jan Smith (Lions Club), Alan Barber (Ocean Grove Voice), Kym Eden, Michael Goodger (Ocean Grove Cellars), and visiting Rotarians.
Club President Helen Trigg promised lots of activities and called on members to do ‘what they can, when they can’ for the club and community with a hands on approach. ‘We will help organizations to help themselves and seek to find a worthy International Project. While the Rotary Theme is Service above self, we will also ensure that we look after ourselves as we move forward’.
