Reports

Club Service, Richard Grimmett: The bulletin cover sheet needs to be edited – (Bob Jordon volunteered to have this done). We need a new bulletin editor. Please see Richard if you think you may be able to do this job. The task is not too challenging. 43 members receive the bulletin by email and 11 are posted.

The club web page continues to be updated and members are encouraged to refer to this for the latest information.

If you have any concerns or suggestions regarding the effective functioning of the club please do not hesitate to contact Richard.

Club Secretary, David Cornwell: Please write a note as well as making comments or giving information tp ensure that nothing is forgotten.

From the floor: Bowel Scan, Bob Jordon: This has been a successful year with 400 kits sold through 5 pharmacies. A very worthwhile project.

Assistant DG, Timothy Kemp: DG Wayne Barrett sends the message – The theme of fellowship, retention by making fellowship enjoyable and participation in conference.

John Dodgshun asked if membership numbers could be clarified.

Matt Caig spoke of his very interesting and rewarding time as an exchange student in Michigan, Ontario. Matt learnt a lot, developed friendships throughout the world, expressed thanks to the club for sending him and presented President Helen with a Rotary Club of Michigan banner.
