- Please note the changes in appearance the Bulletin and the web site.
- A working with children certificate is needed for those who are dealing with them in any way.
- The Club membership fee will remain at $200 this year even though Rotary International fees have increased.
- A new market phone is to be purchased.
- The Multiple Sclerosis Mega Swim is on again this year. Jill Grigg will be organizing the event and will need swimmers for our team and others to help with tasks.
- 'Ride the Bellarine' will be repeated next year.

Gary Golding a past member is not well; our thoughts are with him and his family. He is in hospital at present.

Administration:
-  The Club website has been updated.
Community: Peter Hawthorn will circulate a list of people he hopes members will contact for 'Are you OK?' over the next few weeks.
- The erection of a Bicycle shed is being proposed for the Bellarine Secondary College, as is a Vegetable Garden. Peter Cullen is searching for more affordable quotes and sponsors.
- The members agreed to help man the gates at the Geelong and District Football league final again this year. This exercise raises about $4,000 for club funds. Please see Peter Cullen if you can help.
Footy Tipping: Geoff Ford won last week and Bill Walton won this week. Coog remains in the lead overall.
Foundation: Boxes for Centurian donations are available again this year. See Fred Andrews.
Market: There were 47 stallholders with mixed reports of takings. The raffle raised $122 and the gold coin collection for the Men's Shed raised $631.85.
Youth: - RC of Drysdale and our Club are once again hosting an incoming Exchange student. Host Families are in hand. Her name is Tiffany and she comes from Taiwan.
She will be attending the Bellarine Secondary College.
Art Show Sub Committee: There will be a launch of the 2016 show in late July or early August.
Social: A talent night is being considered on 4/10/2016. Start practicing your acts now.
- A car rally is being mooted. (More information to come)
Membership: There are 42 members at present. This meeting will be a membership drive in the form of a Restaurant information night on 26/7. Four businesses have been asked to attend. There will be a $5.00 entry fee and finger food will be supplied.
There will be a special door prize. Time will be 6.30pm for 7.00pm.
Two other events are planned. One will be gallery owners and staff and the other will be information from businesses in the Industrial Estate.

Rod Bush presented a short demonstration on the ins and outs of the updated web site. Members will have password access to the membership details.
All members are requested to use the site where possible, as it is an economic and quick way to gain information about the Club and our activities.
Members then had some time discussing their plans for activities in the various committee groups for the coming year. Further discussion and plans will be out lined in the next few weeks.

Thank You, Alison George
